What Islam thought of ‘man’ and what rights it conferred on him some fourteen hundred years ago provides an interesting study in the cultural history of mankind. Islam guarantees fundamental Rights to the whole mankind without any distinction of religion, caste, colour, language, etc and this guarantee is not in theory only but in practice as well.

This book is divided into two parts containing the Rights of Allah and Human Rights separately, These two parts taken together would enable the  reader to have a clear idea of the human rights and men’s obligation to the creator.
